Things to research and consider moving forward with the essay:
- Mentioned that I want to focus on re-branding for the practical work, this was approved so research more into it. Could I re-brand a high end brand to look cheap or could I re-brand a cheap brand to look high end? Personally I would enjoy the second option more
- Class > social status > the/what appeal to certain social groups
- Form, focus, function
- Consumerism
- The fact that the logo of something becomes more important than how well the product actually works...
